Photographing a portrait of a bird is no easy task, if you are looking for an utmost quality. Here on a Bird photography tour I was leading, my participants went on dusty and marshy grass on the belly to capture absolutely eye level angle, a soft foreground and background, lovely layers, ensuring the catch-light and also inclusion of the sky. [hint: every word in the previous statement is hint by itself]
